NIEC

Monday (and Tuesday) begins the school with a morning assembly, wherein the students assemble for presentations of the students as well as talks from the teacher. As scheduled, we have patriotic song (National Anthem), the song ‘We love NIEC’, the presentation of the students and awards are given to those outstanding students. 

The important objectives of the assembly are to make announcements regarding the outstanding achievements of the students in internal as well as external competitions, tournaments, events, etc. Students can feel that the school is an organized group and feel that they belong to the community. The school assembly provides opportunity to the Principal and assembly leader teachers to give talks on various topics of moral lessons, general interest, behaviour and manner, health and hygiene, etc. 

Assembly works as a source of inspiration and its experiences widen and deepen students' interests. It works as a platform for propagation of commendable work. Outstanding performances and achievements of students in curricular and co-curricular fields get recognized before the entire school. Badges, certificates, trophies etc. are awarded to the winners in the presence of entire school population. It is a platform for developing audience habits: respects for others' feelings, courtesy towards speakers and guests, sensible applause at the proper time, and appreciative attitude.
